Symptom
The initial good receipt was posted with empty 'requirement type' in the sales order. After maintain the 'requirement type' from empty to BB6, further postings of sales order inventory data are not displayed in the app "Manage Material Valuations" or "Material Price Analysis(CKM3)".
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a sales order without specifying a requirement type.
- Perform a goods receipt using MIGO transaction with movement type 561 for the material.
- Reverse the posting.
- Update the requirement type to 'BB6' for the sales order.
- Perform the goods receipt again using MIGO transaction with movement type 561 for the material.
- Check the app "Manage Material Valuations" or "Material Price Analysis(CKM3)" and observe that the stock related to the sales order is not displayed.
Cause
Once a goods receipt has been posted for a material, subsequent postings must use the same Special Stock Indicator. Since the initial posting was done without BB6, further postings will not generate EBEW records.
Resolution
Creating a new sales order. Alternatively, if retaining the current sales order number is preferred, consider deleting existing item (for example item 10) and creating a new one.
