3704220 - Employees showing with 0 FTE and no name Under the Company Structure Overview

In the organizational chart under Company Structure Overview, employees are displaying with 0 FTE and blank name fields.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Organizational Chart.
2. Company Structure Overview 
3. Fill the table and select people icon

Employees appearing without names or FTE values are onboardees who have not yet been hired. Since they are not yet Employee, their details are unavailable in the Company Structure Overview (CSO). 

 This is expected system behavior per current product design. To resolve this display issue, either complete the hiring process for onboardees to populate their names and FTE values, or purge the onboardee records to remove them from the CSO employee count.
