3704266 - Error Message When Creating a Visit

An error occurs when attempting to create a visit for the customer "Customer Name" (External ID: XXXXXXXX). - 

Error message: "Sales support block is set for party ID XXXXXXXXX(Customer Name) with role Account in master data."

- Additional error messages include:
- "Please enter a party with role Organizer."
- "Please enter a party with role Employee Responsible."
- "Please enter a party with role Organizer." 

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Go to Object Visit
2. Click on Create
3. Choose Customer "Customer Name" (External ID: XXXXXXX)
4. Choose Owner "Name"
5. Fill out mandatory fields
6. Click on Save

A sales support block is set for party ID XXXXXXXX (Customer Name) with role Account in master data.

There is a hidden rule configured with the condition NOT(ISBLANK(Root.BlockingReasons.OrderBlock)). Kindly check whether this rule is enabled at the Account header level.

Additionally, please verify and remove all relevant blocks at the source system (ERP) by following KBA 2635924 – Sales Support Block Functionality.

When the Sales Support Block flag is active on an account, the system restricts the creation of certain sales and service-related documents and activities, including:

• Leads

• Opportunities

• Visits

• Activities (including incoming emails, which are treated as activities)

• Tickets

This issue will be resolved once all blocks are removed from both the Account master and the ERP system.
