3704302 - Custom Field Condition Enabled in Decision Table in Output Parameter Determination Doesn't Work As Expected

A custom field has been added and enabled in the decision table of form template determination of Billing Document in Output Parameter Determination, but doesn't help select the expected form template for billing.

S/4 HANA Public Cloud

1. App Output Parameter Determination
2. Select Billing Document for Show Rule for, Form Template for Determination Step.
3. In table content, there are two similar rows, for example, row 1 with custom field ABC has no value, form template is X; row 2 with custom field ABC has a specific value DEF, form template is Y.
4. Create a new billing document with custom field as DEF, determined form template is X, while Y is expected.

Custom field condition without value will make this condition invalid for determination, hence no matter what value the custom field is in billing document, row 1 matches.

Give detailed value for this condition in each row, for example, row 1 with custom field ABC as "is not equal to" DEF, row 2 with custom field ABC "is equal to" DEF.
