3704307 - Custom header-level extrinsic fields are not mapped to Sourcing Request when sent outside the Terms block in QuoteRequest cXML

• Custom header-level fields sent in the QuoteRequest cXML are not populated in the Sourcing Request.
• The custom field is visible in the outbound cXML payload but does not appear in the Sourcing Request header after integration.
• No error is reported during cXML processing or Sourcing Request creation.
• Standard fields inside the Terms block are mapped correctly.
• The custom field exists in the Ariba Sourcing Request and is configured with ERP Integration and External Integration enabled.
