3704517 - Internal Error 500 when editing data in Latest People Profile

Symptom

An internal error message (General Messages: Internal Error) is thrown when editing portlets various portlets such as Biographical, Personal Info, Address Info, National ID, Contact Info, Employment Details etc.

The error message is thrown on both save and enter action (without saving).

Environment

SF Employee Profile 2511

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to any profile
  2. Edit portlet via pencil action e.g. Address Information
  3. Save > Error thrown

This error can also be seen when entering data, ahead of saving.

Resolution

Engineering team has fixed the issue by application restart in all DC's
