Symptom

  • "No pdf found" error occurs when using Print Preview for Sales Order in Document Flow.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Sales -> Sales Orders.
  2. Select the Sales Order and click on the Document Flow tab.
  3. Click on the PDF icon.

Cause

  • Missing Communication Arrangement "Print Preview of Business Documents in SAP Business Suite".

Resolution

Create the Communication Arrangement "Print Preview of Business Documents in SAP Business Suite".
