3704599 - Why are HANA tables so much larger on disk with low record count compared to other smaller tables with a much higher record count ??

• Some HANA DB tables with a low-moderate record count are observed having unusually high consumption on Disk, when compared with other tables showcasing a much larger record count, but lower size on disk and in memory.
• Further investigation shows that the table contains LOB files. For example using the 'HANA_Tables_LargestTables_<>.txt' script may show this under the 'LOBS' & 'LOB_GB' columns :
