Symptom

  • A Carrier Invoice is received and increases the charge item values.
  • After the related Dispute Case is approved and resolved, the increased values are reflected in the Freight Order charges.
  • When a Credit Memo is later received and the Carrier Invoice is cancelled, the Freight Order charges are not reverted to their original values.
