Symptom
- While replicating employee data from SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) to Cloud for Customer (C4C) via Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), leading zeros are removed for employee IDs in C4C.
- Upon attempting to create a ticket via AskHR, an error message is displayed: "Your profile is not configured. Kindly contact Administrator".
