3704625 - Standard Drill-Down in Story Does Not Display Certain Members in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

  • The calculated account ICA810 is part of the PD_External cost type hierarchy in the Account dimension.
  • When users manually drill down the account hierarchy in the Story (Overview page), the calculated account is displayed correctly.
  • When using the standard hierarchy level option from the context menu, the calculated account ICA810 disappears under the PD_External node.
  • Other non-calculated accounts continue to appear as expected.
  • The issue is specific to calculated accounts and only occurs during hierarchy level drill-down.
