3704680 - Access Restriction on Change of Stock does not Working as Expected

Even though the business user is not assigned with access right Change of Stock (SCM_INTLOGSCHANGEOFSTOCK) or the write access of Change of Stock (SCM_INTLOGSCHANGEOFSTOCK) is No Access, the user is still able to do the stock change through Stock Overview.

1. Navigate to Internal Logistics - Stock Overview.
2. The Change of Stock button is enable.

The user has unrestricted access right on work center view Goods and Activity Confirmations (SCM_INTLOGS_GAC_OWL_WOCV).

Change of Stock is a common task under Goods and Activity Confirmations view. Therefore, access right Change of Stock (SCM_INTLOGSCHANGEOFSTOCK) is a part of access right Goods and Activity Confirmations (SCM_INTLOGS_GAC_OWL_WOCV). If the user has unrestricted access right on work center view Goods and Activity Confirmations, the configuration of access right Change of Stock will not take effective.

If the restriction of stock change is required, remove both "Goods and Activity Confirmations" and "Change of Stock" or make the read/write access right of "Goods and Activity Confirmations" and "Change of Stock" simultaneously.

In addition, the same is applied for access right Goods Movement (SCM_INTLOGSGOODSMOVEMENT) as Goods Movement is also a common task under Goods and Activity Confirmations view.
