3704702 - Number of dimension attributes shown in Performance Recommendation panel does not match the number of dimension attributes used in the widget in optimized story based on live BW connection in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Number of dimension attributes shown in Performance Recommendation panel does not match the number of dimension attributes used in the widget.
• Instead, this Number of dimension attributes shown in Performance Recommendation panel is the sum of attributes for each dimension in the BW query

• SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Log into SAC
2. Create an optimized story based on live BW model
3. After accessing this story under the edit mode, navigate to and click on the button "Info Panel" under View Section in the story toolbar
4. On the bottom "Performance Recommendations" panel, check the  "Number of Dimension Attributes" for widget
   => Observer that it has shown that there are more dimension attributes than the number of dimension attributes used in this widget
   => This Number of dimension attributes shown in Performance Recommendation panel is the sum of attributes for each dimension in the BW query

This is currently a by designed behaviour.

The Performance Recommendation panel in SAC displays metrics calculated based on the entire metadata of the underlying BW query that the SAC model is built upon, not just the dimensions and attributes actively used in a single widget.
