3704804 - How to Assign a Working Day Calendar to an Employee

Unable to find a field in personnel administration and time administration work centers to assign a working day calendar directly to the employee.

The working day calendar cannot be assigned directly to an employee. It must be assigned to the organizational unit to which the employee belongs.

1. Navigate to the Organizational Management work center.
2. Go to Edit Org Structures.
3. Locate and open the relevant organizational unit for the employee.
4. In the organizational unit details, go to the General Tab.
5. Find the Working Day Calendar field and select the desired calendar from the dropdown menu.
6. Save and Activate the changes.

The employee will automatically inherit the working day calendar assigned to their organizational unit for time-related processes.
