Warning occurs: "No possible because items with a debit bal. still exist; see job log" when generating payment proposal in the Process Payment Items for Invoices app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Generate a payment proposal in the system.
2. Observe the warning message: "No possible because items with a debit bal. still exist; see job log".

The issue arises because the system does not allow initiating the payment process again for documents already paid.

Remove the generated payment proposal.
