Symptom

  • The buttons in the Cookie Consent Manager pop-up are not accessible with a keyboard
  • Positive attributes have been added to the buttons, which contributes to the accessibility issue.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to career site
  2. Click on "Modify Cookie Preferences" on cookie banner:
  3. Tab through the pop-up but notice that the bottom three buttons are not accessible via keyboard navigation:

Resolution

Engineering have created a fix for this issue and is scheduled for the 2H 2026 release
