Symptom
When replicating Equipments or Functional Locations from an SAP S/4HANA system to SAP Field Service Management using the Mobile Application Integration Framework (MAIF), the replication fails. The MAIF transaction remains in ERROR status, and the Equipment or Functional Location is not replicated to FSM.
In MAIF Inbound Transaction Monitoring, the following error messages may appear:
- Dereferencing of a NULL reference
- Authentication via OAuth profile failed
- Synchronization activity has failed in FSM
