Symptom
During the dunning run in the 'Create Dunning Notices' app, the system displays the following error messages and no output is generated:
- No output possible for output item '1' due to inconsistencies.
- Sender email address can't be initial.
- Email template name can't be initial.
- Item '1': Email role 'XXXXX' for email address <email> is not valid.
As a result, dunning notices are not sent via email.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the 'Create Dunning Notices' app.
- Enter values for 'Run Date' and 'Identification'.
- Click 'Enter'.
- The below error messages are displayed and output is not created.
No output possible for output item '1' due to inconsistencies.
Sender email address can't be initial.
Email template name can't be initial.
Item '1': Email role 'XXXXX' for email address <email> is not valid.
Resolution
In 'Output Parameter Determination' app, select
Show Rules for- 'Dunning'
Maintain the Determination steps as follows:
- For 'Email Settings' configuration leave the column 'Dunning Procedure' `empty to ensure proper determination of email settings.
- For 'Printer Settings' configuration ensure the columns 'Role' and 'Account Type' are empty to avoid inconsistencies.
- For 'Email Recipient' settings:
- Use the expression 'Default Email Address' to determine the recipient email address based on the business partner or customer master data.
- For fixed email recipients:
Use Email Type Code "CC" or "BCC" for fixed email addresses to avoid overriding the default email address.
