Current Document Migration Status shows Documents failed to be migrated.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Perform Onboarding 1.0 Document Migration
2. After completion, go to ONB 1.0 Dashboard > Settings > Feature Usage
3. There are records showing as "Documents failed to be migrated" under "Current Document Migration Status"

Prerequisite:

• The login user must have the following permission:
• Onboarding or Offboarding Admin Object Permissions > ONB2LegacyONB1FormData (View & Export)

Steps to Identify Failed Documents:

1. Go to Admin Center > Import and Export Data
2. Select "Export Data" > select Generic Object = "ONB2LegacyONB1FormData" > click on "Export"
3. Go to  Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
4. Wait until the job is completed > click on "View Details" > click on "Download Status"
5. Open the file with name "ONB2LegacyONB1FormData.csv"
6. Filter with column "level1=(Blanks)"
   
7. The results filtered out are the documents failed to be migrated

Note: Migration failures occur when th e document is already corrupted in 1.0 Document Center. Attempting to preview such documents in Document Center usually shows the error: "Failed to load PDF document." These failures do not affect overall migration results or the usage of 2.0 DMS.
