3705681 - Company Code and Position field values not flowing to onboarding dashboard - Recruiting Management

• Company code and position field values are not flowing to the onboarding dashboard although the mapping is in place.
• Error message observed: "An invalid legal entity null was passed. Please review the Recruit to Hire mapping and validate the value passed from Recruiting."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Admin Center.
2. Open the onboarding dashboard.
3. Search for the affected candidate.
4. Observe that company code and position are not flowing correctly.

Incorrect mappings maintained at backend, upon creation of report taking into account Company linked with affected job req ID, we found that initially when report is previewed, we get a value, for example say "ABC (123)" but once we click on Show Value ID Configuration, we see a different value, for example say "324". Ideally it should show 123.

1. Check if the issue is consistently reproducible

2. Create a report and check if there is a mismatch with data present at backend and data present at UI

To check this, you can use "Show Value ID Configuration" for affected field in report

3. In case you see a mismatch, reach out to engineering team for required correction from backend.
