Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Data
  2. Search for compliance forms
  3. Search for US_VA_4_2020_V1
  4. No results found

Resolution

  1. Go to the Compliance settings.
  2. Since the Virginia form is a state withholding form 
  3. re-enable the US SWH switch to resolve the issue.
