When attempting to export employee verification letters via the Configuration Transport Center, error occurs: "An internal error occurred. Please contact Technical Support to troubleshoot the issue.".

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Access Configuration Transport Center.
2. Attempt to transport a bundle containing employee verification letters.
3. Observe that the transport fails, and the error message "An internal error occurred. Please contact Technical Support to troubleshoot the issue." is displayed.

MDF Objects with an external code field configured as auto-number data type, and without a defined business key, are not supported for transport.

Engineering is working on the fix of this issue to restrict objects without Business Keys from being displayed in the Transportation Center. Until the fix is deployed, the workarounds are outlined below:

1. Please define a Business Key field for the unsupported objects, to enable the transportation.
2. Or exclude those objects without business keys from transportation activities to avoid issues.
