• Multiple candidate applications are displayed for a single job requisition suddenly.
• Customer claims that job requisition was not posted externally, yet resumes from external sources are visible.
• The source of the resumes is displayed as Naukri, indeed etc.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

1. Log into the system.
2. Navigate to the Recruiting module.
3. Filter on affected job requisition ID.
4. Review all candidates tagged to this job requisition.
   
   

Note: - Customer reported that they saw a sudden surge in Applied candidate's number. 

• The job requisition was posted externally and then subsequently removed. 
• Candidate applications were submitted during the period the job requisition was externally posted.
  
  

1. Refer to the Knowledge Base Article (KBA) 2081554 - Source - Recruiting Management for source displayed for each applicant
2. Review the logs associated with the job requisition to confirm the external posting details.
3. Verify the external posting dates and confirm that candidate applications were submitted during this timeframe.
4. Check with the internal team to validate the external posting and ensure compliance with security protocols.
