Symptom

  • When calling the Ariba Network Invoice Header Data Extraction API, filtering exclusively by documentNumber returns no invoice results.

  • The same documentNumber returns results only when a date range (e.g., documentStatusUpdatedStartDate and documentStatusUpdatedEndDate) is included in the request filter.

  • No error message is shown; instead, the API returns an empty response.
