3705767 - Configure multiple conditions with Employee Short Term Disability Event for recruiting scenario - Recruiting Management

Is it possible to configure multiple conditions within the Employee Short-Term Disability event?

For example, if a Hiring Manager assigned to a specific requisition is on leave for 7 days, the event should automatically reassign all their requisitions to the next-level manager. However, in another scenario, if the Hiring Manager reports directly to the CEO, the requisitions should not be reassigned to the CEO.

How can this scenario be handled within the Employee Short-Term Disability event configuration?
