Symptom
- In-person interactions created via the In-Person Interaction in the Agent Desktop are not displayed in the Agent Desktop or Account timeline after saving.
- A success message is shown after saving the interaction, but the event does not appear in the timeline.
- This issue only affects Business Partners with Account type.
- The timeline for Individual Customers works correctly and displays in-person interactions as expected.
- Administrators are not able to configure or override this behavior in the system.
