Symptom

Communication Scenario SAP_COM_0B18 is not available even the relevant scope item J58 is activated. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2508

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Display Communication Scenarios app.
  2. Search for the Communication Scenario SAP_COM_0B18.
  3. Observe that SAP_COM_0B18 is not visible or searchable in the system.

Cause

Resolution

This communication scenario is release with 2602. Therefore it's not available in release 2508.
