3705862 - Country/Region Missing in Dropdown Field in Global Information

Symptom

The dropdown menu for the country/region field does not display all available countries and regions in Global Information.  

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the country/region dropdown field in Global Information.
  2. Attempt to locate a specific country or region in the dropdown list.
  3. Observe that the desired country or region is missing from the list.  

Resolution

  1. Go to Manage Business Configuration
  2. Click the triangle beside Hris Elements<globalInfo to expand country-specific list
  3. Enable or add the country/region in globalInfo.
