Symptom
The dropdown menu for the country/region field does not display all available countries and regions in Global Information.
Environment

- Global Information
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the country/region dropdown field in Global Information.
- Attempt to locate a specific country or region in the dropdown list.
- Observe that the desired country or region is missing from the list.
Resolution
- Go to Manage Business Configuration
- Click the triangle beside Hris Elements<globalInfo to expand country-specific list
- Enable or add the country/region in globalInfo.
