Symptom

Error message "dberror(Connection.prepareStatement): 332 - invalid user name: sap.fpa.services::FPA_OBJECTS_ACCESS: line 1 col 117 (at pos 116)" would appear when saving a model since SAC 2026 QRC1 update

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.2.1

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log onto SAC
  2. Navigate to Modeler and start creating a blank model with New Model Type
  3. In this new model, add a measure with name "test", for example
  4. Save this model
    => Observe that the error message "dberror(Connection.prepareStatement): 332 - invalid user name: sap.fpa.services::FPA_OBJECTS_ACCESS: line 1 col 117 (at pos 116)" would appear

Cause

The issue is caused by a defect in the product.

Resolution

The issue is fixed and planned to be released in the latest patch of wave 2026.2.2.
