Symptom

In your company, both serialized and non-serialized materials are used.

When sending Quality Certificates to customers, two different form templates are required for the output type QUALITY_CERTIFICATE:

  • Form Template for serialized materials
  • Form Template for non-serialized materials

This article will guide you how to configure this in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
