3705988 - Error Message "Search Results Exceed Maximum Number" When Opening Freight Orders in Advanced Shipping and Receiving Cockpit

Error occurs while attempting to open Freight Order by clicking "Open in Load or unload Freight Orders" in the Advanced Shipping and Receiving Cockpit app.

Error message: Search results 108 exceed maximum number. Narrow down the search

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Advanced Shipping and Receiving Cockpit app.
2. Search for the relevant Freight Order.
3. Click "Open in Load or unload Freight Orders".
4. Observe that the error message appears.

The error is expected. The maximum number of results list is restricted to 100. However the if you look at the item hierarchy column for this freight order, the list is exceeding 108 entries. Hence the error message occurs. 

1. Go to the Advanced Shipping and Receiving Cockpit app.
2. Search for the relevant Freight Order.
3. Click "Open in Load or unload Freight Orders".
4. Locate the settings icon on the right side of the screen.
5. Increase the limit from 100 to 200.
6. Click "Go".
7. Verify that the system now displays all the entries in the item list without errors.
