3706071 - Error "record for entity goal with key goal/id=xxxx does not exist" encountered when latest form experience is enabled

Symptom

When latest form experience is enabled, upon clicking on the goal in form, error "Record for entity goal with key goal/id=xxxx does not exist." is thrown.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable the latest form experience.
  2. Go to the objective section and click on a goal.
  3. Observe the error message: "Record for entity goal with key goal/id=xxxx does not exist. Please verify the key value".

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch M2601p2(27-Jan in preview, 29-Jan in Production). For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base
