3706085 - The Manage Outgoing Documents app is not visible in the Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

The "Manage Outgoing Documents" app is not available in the Fiori launchpad when attempting to access it.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Run Statutory Reports" Fiori application.
  2. Open the reporting tasks for India GSTR1 report.
  3. Click on "Prepare and Save GSTR1" activity ID. 
  4. Refer to the "Manage Outgoing Document" section shown in the screenshot below

Resolution

The "Manage Outgoing Documents" application is only available in the India GSTR1 Report activity called Prepare and Save GSTR1.

  • Make sure activation of scope item 5XU.
  • Assign the business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_MOD_COMMON_PC to the Business user.

Note: There is no separate Manage Outgoing Documents app available in the Fiori Launchpad.
