When using Technical System Monitoring on FRUN, alert is issued for entries in the Inbound and Outbound queues with the status READY and RUNNING. These should not be an alert since the inbound/outbound queue is still processing the entries without issues
Affected metrics:
- Number of qRFC Outbound queues in error state
- Number of qRFC Inbound queues in error state
