3706217 - UI rules working the same in legacy and latest people profile - SAP SuccessFactors

UI rules are functioning identically in both the Legacy People Profile and the Latest People Profile.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Payment Information
  • MDF Objects

Make sure you have UI Rules configured in Manage Configuration UI, then test it in both Legacy and Latest People Profiles.

As of 2H2026 and 1H 2026 Releases, Edit screen for MDF objects is still using PP3 (Legacy People Profile) visualization.

Starting in 1H2026, all new cards will not use the configUI, but at the same time new rules will be made available which will allow to control field visibility and required attributes. This is without migration support  

From 2H2026 on, there will be support added to migrate existing UI rules to Backend Rules (setup in Configure Business Rules page).
