3706265 - Change audit report not generating data for MDF object

• Change Audit Reports for data changes at the user level for an MDF object are not generating as expected.
• Audit log appears blank despite attempts to generate it.

1. Attempt to generate a Change Audit Report for a custom MDF in the People Profile.
2. Make changes for a specific user ID in the test environment.
3. Run the Audit Report and observe that the relevant records are not retrieved.

It is a known error investigated by our internal Engineering team.

1. Generate the audit by entering the user ID directly in the text field rather than using the search option, and keep the user id, as the example below:
   
   
   
   
2. Ensure that MDF Version History is enabled in the object definition page and set to "Complete History."
3. Verify that the Change Audit feature has not been disabled and re-enabled, as this action deletes existing audit data and creates a new blank audit database.
