3706291 - Message IDs EGG and EGH appear in the system log indicating an error during the insertion of job <job_name> into table TBTCO

Symptom

Even after following the steps outlined in KBA 3464693, and with no jobs listed upon executing the program BTC_CHECK_NOTIFICATION, the system log (SM21) indicates that the job information could not be updated in the TBTCO table. The transaction SM21 shows the following entries:

20.01.202618:01:01DIA<USER>EGG> Error at INSERT job <JOB_NAME> in table TBTCO
20.01.202618:01:01DIA<USER>EJK< Job Count <JOB_COUNT>
20.01.202618:04:02DIA<USER>EGZBP_JOB_MODIFY : Cannot modify job ; reason:
20.01.202618:04:02DIA<USER>EGH> Error at UPDATE job <JOB_NAME> / <JOB_COUNT> in table TBTCO
