- Preview PDF option is gray out in Adobe livecycle designer.
Environment
- Adobe Livecycle Designer all releases
Reproducing the Issue
- Open any ADS form template with Adobe livecycle designer.
- Assign data file from menu bar File->Form properties->Preview->click Browse button to assign data file.
- Try to preview PDF,but preview PDF option is gray out.
Cause
- Adobe reader is not installed
Resolution
- Install Adobe acrobat Reader.
