3706392 - "SAP Cloud Identity Service Integration Not Configured" on SAP Databricks

• Connection to the SAP Databricks application in Business Data Cloud fails with the message:
  
  Action Required: SAP Cloud Identity Service Integration Not Configured
  
  Status: The SAP Cloud Identity Service integration for your system is not yet configured.
  
  This means your system is currently not connected to the SAP Cloud Identity Service for user authentication.
  If you have recently started the setup process, please allow a few minutes for the configuration to complete.
  If you believe this status is incorrect, or if the issue continues for more than 30 minutes, please open a support ticket with SAP so that our technical team can investigate.
  
  
• The error is reported while provisioning SAP Databricks or after the SAP Databricks tenant is provisioned successfully. The initial login email from Databricks is received and password set-up works fine. Authentication, however, fails with the above message.
