3706472 - The packing status (PKSTA) of outbound delivery batch split main item is incorrectly set to 'C' (Completely Packed)

Symptom

  • In VL02N screen, after manually adding a batch number at the item level and saving the delivery, the item-level packing status is displayed as "Fully Packed" in VL03N screen.
  • No handling unit is created despite the packing status being marked as "Completed Packed".
  • Error VL617 – “Item has already been packed and therefore cannot be deleted” is raised during the delivery deletion even though no handling unit is assigned.
