3706478 - Onboarding 1.0 compliance updated forms

Symptom

  • The Canadian compliance forms (TD1s) are not updated to the 2026 forms, as expected.
  • 2025 forms are still being assigned to new hires despite SAP's claim that updates were made on January 5, 2026.

  • Country Compliance Forms

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Onboarding > settings > forms.
  2. Validate the compliance forms being populated 

Cause

  • Compliance form update

Resolution

  1. Confirm that the Canada tax forms are now available in the system.
  2. Validate the updated forms using the Onboarding settings > Forms
