3706484 - Validation/Error logs are not visible in Consolidation/Mass Processes application at Validation step post process activation

Symptom

You are working on consolidation or mass processing of MDG, there are error messages shown at the validation step. You ignore the errors and proceed with process activation. Post the process activation and you get back to the validation step and you will see there is no message detail shown.
