3706491 - balance carry forward(BCF) process not allocating amounts to retained earnings in next year

Balance Carry Forward (BCF) did not work as expected.

Values were transferred to the opening FS item F00, but the S-ANI-BS amount remained on S-ANI-BS and was not allocated to S-RETAINED-EARNINGS.

For now, the FS item with S-ANI-BS  and S-RETAINED-EARNINGS have client-specific Subitem Category F1 instead of standard 1 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The FS item remains unchanged because the FS item category is F1, whereas it should be 1 for the BCF allocation to work.

FS items for net income and retained earnings use a breakdown category with a fixed category of 1.
