Symptom

  • Users are unable to log in to Embedded Analytics (EA) when accessing from the Portal with Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled.
  • SSO functions correctly for the Portal, and the SAML response from IDP has been verified as correct. However, login fails on the EA side.
  • Error observed "It seems that you don't have an active account." in EA.
