3706597 - When scheduling report to Email destination, the email is not received by the mailbox even the job result is "Success"

Symptom

  • When scheduling reports to Email destination on CMC/BI Launchpad, set "From" as a specific email domain, the job runs successfully but the email is not received by the mailbox.
  • If set "From" as any other email domains even a dummy one, the emails can be received.
  • If directly send out emails from the specific domain outside BI, the emails can be received.
