Symptom

SAP Analytics Cloud CDM Auto-Sync with an integrated SAP Build Work Zone instance
In SAC 2025 QRC4 and 2026 QRC1, after CDM sync from SAC to BWZ, manually re-sync is required when there is role and permission changed in SAC setting

Resolution

After setting and successfully imported SAC roles and permission into BWZ following Consume Role and Team Definitions Content from SAP Analytics Cloud

If changes are made to the roles and permissions in SAP Analytics Cloud after this initial import, these changes won't be automatically reflected in SAP Build Work Zone. You must manually sync the roles and permissions again by navigating to the Channel Manager page and using the refresh button associated with the sac.analytics provider.

If the following types of changes are made to teams, roles and permissions in SAP Analytics Cloud after this initial import, they will be automatically re-imported and re-synced with SAP Build Work Zone:

The Read or Execute permission for the Joule privilege is added, updated or removed on a role.
A role with the Joule privilege is added, updated, or removed from a team.
A new team is created or existing team deleted that has a role with the Joule privilege.
