3706699 - Unable to submit schedule onboarding meeting task despite all permissions being granted - Onboarding

• Unable to submit Schedule Onboarding Meeting Task for any candidates despite all permissions being granted for responsible user.
• No Meeting/Meetings visible in the Schedule Meetings task interface.
• Unable to select "Submit " within Manage Onboarding Program.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. When going to Onboarding Dashboard and searching for affected candidate, then going to Schedule Onboarding Meeting, it shows no meetings maintained.
2. You can not click submit button for the affected candidate to submit meeting.

1. For Pre-configured meetings should appear automatically and be populated in the Schedule Meetings task. The interfaceMeeting templates should be configured by subject, agenda, and location.
2. Within Manage Onboarding Program - when clicking on Schedule Onboarding Meeting, clicking on the pencil icon, it is empty, no meetings maintained.

1. Go to onboarding dashboard
2. Select affected candidate
3. Search for Schedule Onboarding Meetings task
4. Click start/edit
5. The Schedule Onboarding Meetings task opens
6. Here, click on "add meeting"
7. Configure meeting as you wish
8. Click Submit 
9. Meeting successfully submitted
