Symptom

The delivery date field is not available in the "Manage Purchase Orders" app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the "Manage Purchase Orders" app.
  2. Navigate to the line item grid.
  3. Attempt to locate the delivery date field; it is found under "Schedule Lines" after navigating into the details section.

Cause

Standard system design

Resolution

  1. As a workaround, use the "Monitor Purchase Order Item" app to view the delivery date.
  2. Alternatively, continue using the "Purchase Order - Advanced" app, where the delivery date field is readily accessible in the grid and updates automatically.
