Symptom

  • Dataflow execution fails with Job Status: Failed

  • Logs show errors similar to:

     
    Got error while trying to establish SFTP connection. error = Auth fail host = <sftp_host> port = 22

  • Failure occurs during the “Read files from SFTP” step

  • Processed Records = 0

  • Same SFTP host, username, and password work correctly when connecting externally
