3706792 - Error is received while using App Post Tax Payables - S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

While using App Post Tax Payables (F1597), following error is received: 

"Direct posting to tax account (1&2) are not permitted

Diagnosis:

Account (1&2) is classified as tax account in company code. In the case of ledger-specific postings, direct posting cannot be made to tax accounts.

Ledger group field needs to be empty.
